Instead, they would call last minute, claiming they were in the community, leaving me to scramble to accommodate their sudden scheduling changes.

When I raised concerns and complaints, their management didn't take them seriously, displaying a shocking lack of courtesy in addressing patients' rights and service expectations. Regrettably, they don't deserve your trust, especially with numerous reputable healthcare providers available. Avoid Virginia Healthcare Services at all costs; my interactions with them were nothing but a hassle and a letdown.

Adding to these concerns, I was stunned when they lied to my insurance company, falsely claiming that their nurse had visited my building, but I declined their service. This blatant dishonesty reflects poorly on the company's integrity.

Additionally, one of their nurses managed to bypass the security guards at my community, and their response, suggesting it was to be on time, was unprofessional and laughable. It raises serious security and accountability issues.

Furthermore, Virginia Healthcare Services not offering services on weekends caused significant delays in receiving crucial care on a Saturday. This limitation further highlights their lack of commitment to providing consistent and accessible healthcare services.
