Baby Boomers Home Care Health Care is a family owned organization in northern Virginia. We offer a variety of personalized homecare services for elderly, injured or disabled clients with the care and companionship they need.

Our staff works in coordination with patients and their physicians to deliver streamlined service; utilizing today's technology to reduce paperwork and time. Our caregivers take pride in achieving the highest level of clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Once we create a plan of care that suits our patient's lifestyle, we will assign a Registered Nurse (RN) and Case Manager to coordinate your loved one s care. We will communicate all of our patient s needs, concerns and plan of care with the aides on the team, and our skilled nurses that will be caring for them. This will involve our therapists, physicians and designated family members. In addition to our service we will accompany our patients to their doctor's appointments to facilitate communication between doctor and patient. This will give the doctor a clear picture of the patient's daily settings and the care our patient receives on a day to day basis. We aim to reassure and communicate with family members who cannot attend appointments with their loved ones as well.
