They are absolutely great here. My kitty was very loved and his groomer was wonderful!

I highly recommend this business if you want your puppy to look like a sheared lamb after you tell them not to cut his hair and find him with candy cane stuck all over his stomach when you pick him up. Then you can have the joy of pulling fur off with said candy and rewashing him yourself. If you're really lucky you might also get a chance to be hung up on after the staff screams at you that they don't care if they lose your business and that your concerns are considered harassing to them when you ask about your puppy's appearance and care. Thankfully, after multiple times of being told I did not deserve a refund, I was able to get half of the $50 I spent back. As a new resident of Rice this was my first experience with a local business and I'm not only appalled, but disappointed in their conduct.
