I took my beautiful Scottie to be groomed, this week. When I was called to pick her up, I went immediately. I had asked for her to be shorter in cut, but to still look like a Scottie. I was in shock at her appearance. She looked like a shaved rescued dog with mainge. Her nails were not done as he told me she was too skittish, I was told her dew claws had been trimmed however.The female told me she would grow back, and since she is black, she draws the heat. I really cannot put into words how very disappointing this was. Needless to say I will never return to this place. I should have left it alone and not tried for an appointment,as I also had been hung up on twice.
