When I started using this company a few years ago they were great. Over the last year they have become absolutely horrible. They show up late, don't do a thorough job cleaning and they can't keep any of their employees. The final straw was them showing up late and being in such a rush they broke an irreplaceable item in my home. I left several messages for Melissa the owner to call me and 68 hours later I've still not heard from her. So if you like horrible customer service and a subpar cleaning job done to your home this is the company for you.
