DANGER TO BRACHYCEPHALIC BREEDS!!!!
If I could have called the police I would. I was already unimpressed when I walked in, dirty, the tubs were not clean and the floor was gross. The shampoo was in unmarked bottles so I couldn't see ingredients or brand. The scrub brush given to me for self wash was covered in another dog's hair. The towels were thread bare and had holes.
While I was bathing my dog another English Bulldog was waiting in a plastic kennel, on its side having a really tough time breathing. My dog is also an English so I was already worried for this dog having overheated in the frankly really humid space not to mention he was in a plastic crate with a cracked door but no air holes, it looked like a repurchased display area.
The owners were on the phone and came in right as the dog STOPPED BREATHING.
I don't know if this dog survived but I pray he has and I will never ever come back. I cannot warn people enough.
