I do not recommend this place at all. The owner is very rude. She will not call you back. I called 4 times during hours with no answer. I left a voicemail and requested a callback to discuss the status of my dogs and never received a callback. When I finally got the owner on the phone, she confirmed she received my message but never called me back. They do not offer an after hours emergency contact number.
Her boarding facility is not on site and that was not communicated. She drives your dogs to a different location and brings them back. At the Groomery, they are stuck in tiny cages all day in a chaotic environment. Our flight was cancelled and rescheduled. I could not get in touch with them after hours so she charged me a $25 fee to "transport" my dogs again on the next day. This was not anywhere in the contract I signed and only came up when I FINALLY got in touch with her before they closed.
Also, they do not allow you to pickup your dogs on Sunday.
I do not recommend this place at all.
