I use TDM on a weekly basis and absolutely love coming home to a clean house! They are friendly, timely and best of all, they don't mind our pets! Its like getting two services in one. My house is clean and they care for my dogs. I would definitely recommend TDM whether its for a one time cleaning for a special event or on a regular basis. Awesome service!

I own a century old farmhouse out in the sticks and wasn't sure if I could find a maid service at all. The Detailed Maid came out on a Saturday to give me a free estimate which was awesome as I work full time. From the first time they cleaned my house it has been an amazing experience every time! I love to come home to my beautiful clean house when they have been and it always puts a smile on my face as I walk around looking at what they have done. Attention to detail is second to none.....they truly are The Detailed Maid!

We scheduled an appointment for an estimate, and no one showed up or even called to cancel.

I am so happy this situation was brought to my attention. At The Detailed Maid we strive for complete satisfaction, this definitely is not our normal operating procedure. We had a an issue with an employee not having a complete understanding of my scheduling software. Again, I apologize.
