They do the bare minimum to get by state and federal caregiver requirments to maintain their skilled nursing facility status by the government. They are understaffed, the Nurses are overworked and underpaid, the majority of their CNA staff is underpaid and underskilled. There's an overall shady and slimy attitude presented by the administration. They prey on the diminished mental capacity of the elderly in their care and try to manipulate them and their family members by purposely telling the patient one thing, and the family another. They lie, they double-talk, and they withhold information from patients and family. Important information like Insurance practices and basic patient's rights.

The worst is the "Administrator" Blaming patients for their CNA's ineptitudes, negative and disgusting atittude, and talking down to patients as if they were toddlers. She should be fired and replaced.
