South Shore home Health Services, Inc. is a New York State Licensed Home Care Agency dedicated to serving patients in their home environment. We are owned and operated by two registered nurses. We provide short term and long term care to acute, chronic and terminally ill patients. We service Suffolk, Nassau and Westchester Counties. Our Services consist of Home Health Aides, Personal Care Aides , Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, Telehealth, and Medication Management.
We are also aFiscal Intermediary for the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) This program allows you to recruit, interview, hire, train, and supervise your own personal assistance.
