We provide short term and long term care to acute, chronic and terminally ill patients. We service Suffolk, Nassau and Westchester Counties. Our Services consist of Home Health Aides, Personal Care Aides , Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, Telehealth, and Medication Management.
We are also a Fiscal Intermediary for the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) This program allows you to recruit, interview, hire, train, and supervise your own personal assistance. If you or a loved one is a Medicaid recipient approved for home care and you are self directing, or have a person who is willing and able to be your administrator, call your local Department of Social Services to request enrollment in the CDPAP.

My mom has 24 hour care. Some of the aides are great but the one I had this week was very bad. Fran the person in charge is nasty rude and lies. The aid left today leaving my mom alone. Called the after hour they are great. Never heard from anyone at South Shore. Beware of their lies

I have worked with many agencies and this is the worst company to work with. they have a coordinator Fran who rode and nasty never returns calls. gave them a month notice the aid we had would be there one day and needed coverage. my mother who is is 98 was left alone with no coverage
