This is our first experience with having to obtain home care services. My wife's 91 year old mother is now residing with us, due to a recent surgery. The first provider we interviewed was Royal Home Care NJ. We spoke with Eli , who was extremely professional and compassionate. Eli explained in detail the responsibilities of the caregiver, the cost of the service, but more importantly, his compassion and his understanding of the anxiety my wife and I were under, was the key that opened the door. Our first concern, after hearing many stories from friends, was to have the same person come every day, so that a relationship between my mother-in-law and the caregiver could be established and nurtured. Also, a person who was caring and warm. Well, on the first day, right on time, Renee rang our bell and introduced herself to the three of us. A warm, articulate woman who immediately took charge, obviously experienced and well in control. Over the past 6 weeks that Renee has been coming, she has never been late, nor has she left early. Both my wife and I work, so my mother-in-law and Renee are alone together for the 8 hours we are gone. My mother-in-law is in love with Renee and feels very secure and well taken care of, during a major life-changing time. My wife and I are at ease while we are at work, knowing that anything that might arise during the day will be handled professionally and with the utmost care. I am not a review writer, but I feel compelled to let others know who might also be afraid, anxious, and confused, that there is a provider of home care that is out there to help you through a most difficult time. As I have a disability, I've used a number of home care services over the years, with varying levels of satisfaction. I am therefore extremely pleased to have found an agency such as Royal Home Care. The name is appropriate as I'm treated like a king. The service is always friendly, professional and conscientious and I wouldn't hesitate to give them my highest recommendation. Called this agency on a Sunday, was immediately connected with a care manager that was able to meet in person and perform a Nursing evaluation within a few hours. We were in need of a home health aide that was a live in and would have a car as well. I was pleasantly surprised, they catered to all of our needs within the same day. Caregiver is great as well as the mamagement.

Great and professional organization.
Very polite staff and very nice two caregivers that were introduced to us. We have an unusual schedule that no agency could deliver successfully in the past. This agency made it work without a sense of tiniest stress on us.

After weeks in the hospital, watching my helplessly as my father's unexpected illness dragged him further into discomfort and total fear our decision to bring him home in your care and seeing him in such comfort is a true gift we never forget. Thanks you the Royals. The staffs and caregivers are very dedicated.

Everyone that works here is fantastic from the caregiver to the staff.we use them throughout regular care and hospice support.
