WARNING; PLEASE DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.
This place is very unsanitary, the staff is the most unprofessional people I have ever meet. The patients cannot get their meds on time especially at night time. If you ring for a nurse at night they act as if they are upset that you bothered them (while they are all sitting around on their cell phones). You have nurses, tech and whatever else staff you have wearing scrubs, but rolling them up to become capris, black leggings (tights) with animal hair all over them. The food OH MY GOODNESS, it is the absolute WORST-even the staff will agree to that. It is very obvious that these people DO NOT CARE about the patients that they are there ONLY to receive a paycheck. and that's not what nursing is. Yes, we all have jobs for a paycheck but in that business, you should have some type of compassion for people. The ONLY good thing about this place is the Physical Therapy ladies. Which is the whole reason why we choose this place. My question to this facility and their faculty is WOULD THEY TREAT THEIR MOMS THIS WAY? I have attempted to contact several times someone in the administrator office, with no resolve at this point and my mother will be here 1 week tomorrow. I have tried many times to get my mom to come home, but she doesn't want to due the awesome ladies in PT. They get her better in the day and then once they are gone, the nurses let her get right back swollen, no ice and just simply don't appear to care at all. When you say something they tell you they will advise someone else higher up, yet no one ever comes or calls. So, please I beg you NOT to take your loved ones here.
