This company has been wonderful in helping me with my elderly Mother who lives with me and is in poor health. They show up on time, never miss a day and took the time to find a person to match my dads needs, likes and dislikes. The first aide they sent, we had for 10 months until she needed some time off from work. If she was sick, they had another aide lined up to come. Even with her taking time off, they worked to find another aide that would fit his needs and one that could be there the entire time his regular aide was off so that we didn't have multiple people coming every week.

I went through 5 other Home care services before choosing companions. I have enough experience with them to know and say with 100% certainty that Purple Hearts Home Care is hands down the best. The other companies were undependable, missed days all the time and the company didn't even know if an aide didn't show up. I got to the point where I quit calling them when there was a no show. I just made sure to check the bill. It made it difficult for me to go about my day because I never knew if my dad was going to have an aide. I would also have to stay home to teach and show the aides every time there was a new one.

Purple Hearts Home Care runs things like a true business concerning their employees but with an enormous amount of care for the customer. If you don't choose them first, you will come to learn what I have had to painfully learn through other companies. I don't wish that on anyone.

One of the hardest decisions I had to make was whether Mom should be in a nursing home, or if she would benefit from home health care. The answer was Purple Hearts Home Care and I'm so blessed to have taken the leap of faith almost 1 year ago. I was not comfortable with strangers in my home, caring for my Mother, and of course, I read or heard far too many horror stories. After one week 'trialing' home care (That's how i presented it to Mom), both Mom and I were beyond happy with our choice. She has a new feeling of independence because she no longer relies on my husband and I for meals (except dinner), bathing, walking/safety, bathroom issues, and Meds. I also had a new sense of independence. I'm able to stop at the store after work or have a guilt free date night with my husband. The house is always clean, Mom has phenomenal hygiene (especially in the incontinence department), & the aid will make Mom lunch without relying on processed TV dinners. Like clockwork, every morning, the aid will take Mom's blood pressure and report changes to the nurse and I immediately. If any of the staff read this, I just want to thank you for all you do!! My family appreciate you all!! From the Aids, to the visiting nurse, and even the office staff! Thank you!

I am completly satisfied with the care that is being provided by Purple Hearts home care. They have been taking care of my great grandmother for 3 years now. She has had the same person care for her this whole time. We consider the company an extension of our family. Thank you for everything you do!!

The staff at Purple Hearts Homecare is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They truly care about for my mom as they do their own, and my mom's house is always spotless. Unlike most of the stories I hear from my friends, they also offer weekly updates via email or text to reassure you while you are separated from your loved one. I believe the agency is poorly run. The supervisors are very rude. They also have illegal immigrants working with my family member and found out when I came home. I made my reports due to the fact my mother broke out in a huge rash for not cleaning her properly. They need to be all trained all over again. Not a happy customer at all.

Your care givers are simply the Best, thank you for all you do for our seniors and the community. Yes in did you guys really "Care with Dignity".
