Worst "customer service" (I don't know what else to call a conversation with the owner's daughter Jessica)

Long story short. My mom's dog got groomed here 3 days ago.... His belly is full of scabs from where they applied too much pressure with the clippers.

This review isn't about that.

This review is about Jessica. The daughter of the owner who works there and answers the phone.

I have never in my life been treated so poorly. Repeatedly over the phone call I asked Jessica to please not speak to me that way, or to lower her voice and if she actually understood how she was speaking to me. This was for the course of 8 minutes of her barrating me and just being a nasty human being.
She of course continued screaming telling me how wrong I was and that no the owner was not going to call me back ever.

If this is how they treat customers who can speak and have a voice of their...

How do you think they treat your dog behind closed doors who don't have a voice?

Our dogs are our family and I am their advocate.

Why would you give them your business when there are so many other shops to take your family member to.

I wanted to share my extremely awful experience so that you, the reader, stay far away from this place.
