There is much more. All of our caregivers go through a screening process, before the are hired. We also do random drug testing if and when needed. They do not put their employees through a full training course as stated above. They will recruit employees through Buy, Trade, Sell sites on Facebook. I have seen them post for a position on Thursday and intend to send that stranger into your loved ones home by Saturday morning. They are not dependable at all. They will leave you without help for months at a time. They had an employee show up to my disabled mother's home with a "friend". We have had more no shows that I can count and have been told "that's the name of the game." It's really disgusting how little they care.
