I wish I could do a negative star rating. I was extremely dissatisfied with their service for the following reasons: 1.Shatiya (the co-owner/pet sitter) failed to come to our home on the dates that we paid for service. We paid for her to come to our home on July 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th, and 19th. Instead without notice and/or approval you came to our home on July 7th, 10th, 13th, 16th, and 19th, which violated their "Minimum Visits" policy which states that, "All cats must be visited at least every other day. Visits once every 24 hours are recommended." 2.They violated my family's privacy and their company's confidentiality policy. Per the "Confidentiality" policy, "Petstigious Pets, LLC is honored to be trusted with the care of your pets in your home. We assure you that we will respect your privacy and will maintain complete confidentiality on all matters concerning you, your pets, and your home." On July 13th, the co-owner/pet sitter you bought her brother and another unidentified male to our home. She even stated that she "asked him to check the mailbox and he handed her the mail through the door." We were out of the country and did not want strangers knowing that our house was empty. The worse part was that she did not inform us that she bought people to our home. This also violated her own company's policy on "Job Sharing" as their "insurance and bonding policies cover Petstigious Pets, LLC employees only." If something had happened with the brother or friend, it would not have been covered by insurance. 3.Shatiya provided false information when I requested details on dates/times of service. She emailed me that she had come to our house on July 11th and July 15th although she knew that she had not come. Without our security footage we would never have known that she provided false statements to us. The crazy part is that we told her we had cameras but she just didn't care. 4. Shatiya failed to provide timely status updates on my pets. I was informed that I would receive emailed updates and pictures of our cats every other day. She failed to provide these updates. I was so concerned that my cats were not being visited that I called from Cameroon, which resulted in a $5.99 per minute bill for the call. 5. Shatiya was supposed to return our keys as soon as we returned. We have been home a week and I still don't have my keys. I decided to just get the locks changed. I emailed her with my concerns and she failed to even respond. We have older cats (16 and 11), anything could have happened. There was barely any water left for them when we arrived home.
