Everyone I have had the pleasure of working with has been professional, kind, caring and quick to respond to our needs. Care is provided for my brother who has many health issues with vascular dementia being one of those problems. He has no short term memory and could quite easily be taken advantage of. I do not worry about that with the staff from Pearls in Paradise. Every interaction between my brother and the caregivers has been one of respect, caring and kindness. If I could give a rating higher than excellent I would! I cannot speak highly enough about this agency and their staff. They truly treat my dad as though he is their own family. They treat his home as well as they would treat their own. After 7 years of using various caregivers I had almost given up hope of finding someone who would car for my father the way I wanted to see him cared for. I can happily say Pearls in Paradise has exceeded all my expectations! I consider these caregiver's part of my family...because that's how they treat us, as if we are family. The owner of the agency is just as wonderful as all her exceptional caregivers. She is very hands on and k own exactly what is happening with all clients. I'm truly amazed to have found such a wonderful group of people. They are truly a gift from God and an answer to my prayers!

We had a wonderful experience with Pearls in Paradise Home Care. Janet, the owner, understands what families are looking for when searching for care for their loved one. We had a tricky schedule/situation that other companies would not have accommodated as well as Pearls in Paradise. Our aide, Susan, did an outstanding job and we were extremely comfortable having her in my parents home. She took care of my father, as she was hired to do, but also looked out for my mother who was recovering from surgery. Susan always found something to do and kept busy (vs. sitting and playing on her phone like some caregivers have done in past experiences).
Janet found the perfect fit for my parents and it made the whole situation much less stressful for everyone. Thank you for your excellent service.

Pearls in Paradise did an amazing job caring for my mother-in law. Janet was wonderful, full of experience, advice, a shoulder to cry on. Janet made sure we could have back up, and the nurses were all amazing, and if need to Janet herself would give us coverage. She also brought us food for 3 days straight while we were in the process of disconnecting my mother in-law from the vent. A special mention to Selina, she was the regular nurse at home. Selina became family, my mother in-law couldn't have been happier with the care Selina provided. Selina not only took care of her but gave her such great company. Selina was part of our home and was with us every step until the end. We wouldn't have managed without her. My mother-in law's last 3 months were better, happier and more comfortable because Selina was there. Janet and Selina made my mother-in law feel comfortable happier and protected. Hiring Pearls in Paradise was the best decision my mother-in law and my husband made regarding her care. My husband and I couldn't be more grateful with them.

Pearls in Paradise did an excellent job of caring for my mother as her health declined. Janet Greene is truly the hardest working person I know and leads by example. As a result, Janet only hires experienced staff who share her work ethic. They were totally committed to providing excellent care, and they all treated mom like a family member! Janet checked in on her staff regularly to ensure excellent care, and help with anything needed. Janet often ran out to purchase supplies or food items that were needed even if it was 11:00 at night! She was always available to talk to if I had a question or concern! I would highly recommend Pearls in Paradise to anyone!!

I was very pleased with the services rendered for my Mother before her passing. I felt reassured when I left her that she was in very loving, caring hands. My caregiver was prompt and professional. I was updated when I returned from my respite on how well she did while in their care.
