Very rude and unprofessional. Patty and I agreed on a day and time for her to do a one time cleaning then we'd discuss her rate of a once a month cleaning. She texted me the day of,asking if she can come earlier b/c her other client needed her at the time she agreed on with me. I said yes and when her and her helper/partner came she looked at my place, told me the rate would be 70$ or 75$ ( not sure which) I told her that is fine for today but what about monthly, she told me the same. Well my place is small and not very dirty. It takes me (alone) 4 hours to make it sparkle. So I explained that 75$ is too much for the monthly rate so let's go ahead and just do today's cleaning then if I go back to work full time, I'll contact her but for now it's too out of budget. She agreed, said her and her helper/partner will go get the cleaning supplies from the car and come back. I even offered my supplies so she didn't have to use hers and that b****h never came back, texted me sorry she's unable to cleab today. Wow! In my lifetime I never dealt with a cleaner so rude and inprofessional. Honestly, I'm happy she didn't return. She has zero ethics. I'm not certain what she's capable of.
