The service was amazing! Joana responded right away! She's very professional and provided a ton of information and communicates with me every step of the way. Luisa is very sweet and a great worker. They did an amazing job on my move out clean, and really took a lot of stress off of my hands!

I have to say that I'm disappointed in their service, and won't be hiring them again. Here is reasons why:
- I asked for a deep cleaning. I explained Joanna on the phone what is my expectations and what needs to be done. She said it is possible. Then when I see that the job is unfinished. I told Joanna that I am not happy with the work they have done with my house. She did not care. Too bad I cannot attach the pictures of the text conversation between me and Joanna. She was really rude, unprofessional, and was threatening me about getting a lawyer if I post some bad reviews.
-I've worked with cleaning companies before, and their pricing has been competitive as well, Joanna said that they dont charge by hour but will be done when everything is clean. I didn't get that.
- Our living room looks exactly the same. Nothing was dusted. Cob webs on the corners of the ceiling was still there.
-In the kitchen, there were still food crumbs on the floor. It seems that she did not bother to mop it at all as well.
-She did not wipe off the counters, and she said that she will polish everything, and that is included with deep cleaning services, and that did not happen.
The bottom line is that I'd rather pay a few extra bucks for a cleaning service that will actually do the work they promised and make sure their customers are happy.
