I am a registered nurse licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of Florida. Graduating summa cum laude, I hold a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I received my Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification from The Swanson School of Engineering at The University of Pittsburgh. Importantly, I have met the gold standard in ethics, competencies and best practices from the Patient Advocate Certification Board to become one of only 683 Board Certified Patient Advocates in the country.
