I'm NOT understanding the person that wrote the long and ongoing message defacing Pat and her business. There must be some personal conflict and problem. I've worked for Pat while I was living in the area and have NEVER nor any of her other employees been treated with disrespect or had problems with her. Pat's very easygoing and fun to work with plus she appreciates the detailed work we all did as we worked as a team.
It was really awesome when she invested in a vehicle so we didn't have to drive our own but if we were late (without telling her why) we had to had to drive on our own dime. If we had a legitimate reason she paid mileage. If you get to work on time, do you job efficiently there's no problem. Every place I've worked at has a set of standards that everyone needs to follow or there's consequences. Sounds like the other people have had CONSEQUENCES. If Pat needed to talk with you doesn't make her a bad person. Her standards are obviously higher.
What I thought was fair was when we turned our tips in (as we all worked as a team) so that it was fair to everyone to have equal.l amounts. I had the most in tip money but I really liked my coworkers so I felt that it was only fair.
One last thing: there is a Julie and Lou that we cleaned that lives in Waite Park/St. Cloud area.
I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pat's Quality Cleaners as a great place to work and to have clean your place.
Don't let negative reviews scary you because you will find out first hand when you meet Pat.

Pat does wonder work - her staff is amazing and always very flexible. It breaks my heart to read these awful comments - PEOPLE REMEMBER - ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THEN WORDS! And talk is always cheap. Keep up the great work Pat and Current Staff. Pats girls manage Bel Clare and Becker Estates - truly an asset!

We never cleaned anyone's house by the name of Julie either. That review was also done by Pat.

Just so you all know, that last review that was written by "LouAnn" was written by Pat. How do I know this? Because my coworker and I were the ones that told her about the horrible reviews on here and within a few days "LouAnn's" review appeared. We never cleaned the home of anyone named LouAnn. The reviews are spot on. She is not a good person. And it's not about the fact that she buys cheap cleaning supplies. It's about the fact that she doesn't care about her employees or her customers. All she cares about is money. She expects her employees to clean homes in an unrealistic amount of time. She praises them for cleaning fast until she gets a complaint and then she reprimands them for not doing a good enough job. She told every new employee she hired that she was looking for someone to run the business and made them spy and tattle on the other employees when no one was doing anything wrong. She caused drama amongst employees and than lectures them for not being a good team. Her rates are all over the place. She would charge one person $100 for a very small house and charge the next $110 for a house four times the size. She lies to her customers. She lies to her employees and makes them look stupid in front of the customers. She has her employees leave immediately if they set off an alarm and says she'll call the customer and never does, knowing full well the customer could incur a charge for a false alarm. She promises raises that she never gives and worst of all, and she admitted this on record, she steals her employees tips and makes them turn in any Christmas gifts they get. She will claim that it is so she can distribute them equally but that is a lie because once when her only 3 employees got Christmas cards with the exact same amount in each card, she still tried to force them to turn the cards in! She really is a despicable human being and the definition of a narcissist. Although her employees are generally good people, please think twice before you give this woman your business. She's not the kind of person anyone should do business with.

WOW is all I can say! I did read these comments before I called Pat to get prices on how much it would cost to clean my home weekly. I am so glad I did! I thought it was a little weird that 90% of the comments were left on the same day. Her prices are very competitive with others I have called. I don't care where she buys her cleaning supplies from, The quality of work when the girls leave is amazing! Definitely worth the money I pay them. I have and will continue to recommend her and girls to everyone I know.

I have Pat cleaning my house for several years, she and her workers are wonderful. I have seen and talk to Pat many times, she does come to my place to clean, not sure who wrote some reviews but they are truly wrong. I seen the ladies use a company car all the time. I am very happy with the service that I receive. I am truly happy that she brings cleaning supplies with them, it doesn't matter where she gets them. I myself get my cleaning supplies at the dollar store!!! It's ok. Her rates are very reasonable, I would recommended her. Very very happy.

If i had the option of zero stars out of 5 I'd surely choose that. Never got to meet "pat" but her team was nice. They seemed a little lost on what to do and how to do it when they arrived at my home. Maybe if she showed up and gave direction like a real boss i would be more satisfied. I overheard one employee on the phone with the supposed owner. I wanted to give that employee a hug afterword. I could clearly hear her getting talked down to in a mean negative tone. She was almost in tears. I wont choose Pats cleaning service ever again in the future because I do not want to suppprt a person like that, let alone her business.

Ask her team about the cleaning products they use and where they get them from....

Terrible company to work for. I'd like to stay anonymous so im using the name "linda". I worked for pat for 3.5 months. In all my years of life this is without a doubt the worst person ive ever worked for. Pat has no problem with making you pay out of pocket to drive to each job site without paying you back. She needs a reality check on how employees should be treated. Sadly the environment she grew up in clearly did not provide that as a child. She likes to start workers off with the states minimum wage, all while promising you higher pay and better job opportunities (which is a lie, thats her motivating you to work harder). She will duck out of her cleaning business daily for her other job (dollar tree) which she claims is more important. Leaving all work and the business to be ran by employees. Its a sad situation. I never felt like she was honest either to her customers. She uses all products that she gets for super cheap/free from her job at dollar tree while charging You (the customer) hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I usually dont write a review this long but this women needs to be stopped. She doesnt deserve a business let alone customers.

Terrible awful company. The owner is a very mean nasty women who clearly struggles with how to treat people. She uses cleaning products from her other job (the dollar general) and in return charges you an astronomical amount for cleaning services. Dont believe me? Ask to see what products are used then see for yourself. Dont look for employment either. Unless you like a boss who ignores all phone calls and communication for text messages only (Pathetic). She also makes you drive to each job on your own doallar$ without reimbursing you a penny. This is a terrible business ran by an even more terrible person. Again, I cant urge it enough!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! Terrible, terrible, awful mean lady with a bad heart. A good example of who not to become in this world and how not to treat people!

The owner of this company is not a good or trustworthy person. Employees are not given breaks. I would not recommend servicesual!
