I recently (Dec 2021) boarded 3 dogs for 6 days. One dog had dietary needs to which I provided her food. Within 30 minutes of picking her up today, she had severe bloody diarrhea which usually means she was fed something she should not have eaten. I called the kennel and they insisted she ate only the food I provided. I asked about recording information about each dog's stay (bowel movement, temperament, etc.) and I was told "only if there is a problem". I DID NOT RECEIVE AN APOLOGY OR OFFER TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Now I have a vet bill.

Dog #2 smelled of urine. The kennel clerk asked me "if it was ok if she just let her come to the lobby unleashed since she had peed all over herself." I picked her up into my lap and she was dripping wet with urine.

Dog #3 had a red, swollen and bloody ear.

All 3 dogs guzzled water when they got home.

Moral of this story is I DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility. It appears:

They do not record information about your dog's stay.
They do not let dogs outside enough times to potty; they are left to pee and defecate in their kennel.
They do not have plentiful water for drinking.
