On The Job does live-in care for my wife. She is recovering from a stroke and in her 80's. We have two great caregivers they have provided. Someone from the company comes out to check on us once a week to make sure we are getting the care we pay for. They have been taking care of my wife for about 7 months and have been great. Low turnover on caregivers and the 3 caregivers we have are all very experienced. We would definitely recommend them.

On The Job Homecare is the agency I currently use for care for my mother and father. My mother has dementia and my father is in a wheelchair They send Tiffany which has been very good. she is timely and reliable. I have had a very good experience with this company and would recommend to others. My mother needs lots of comapnionship since her memory is failing and Tiffany does a very good job of this. The company checks in frequently and has constant contact with their caregiver. They have a 24-7 phone number where they can be reached at any time.

I have had On The Job Homecare caring for my mother now for 8 months. They have sent me two very caring individuals to work for us. They take great care of her when I am not able to be there and always have backup care if my caregiver is out. I would recommend them to anyone lookign for an agency that is affordable.

Terrible communication, non-responsive once agreement was signed. Would not return multiple phone calls and texts inquiring about coverage of upcoming shifts. This company is sketchy. Beware.

Andrea and her team at On The Job Homecare have been providing my 91 year old mother 24-7 care for the last 6 months. They have been just great! She has sent reliable caring ladies to stay with my mom. We are very happy with the services they provide and would recommend to anyone. They also have very very reasonable prices compared to most.

This company is a disaster. They promised to provide an aide for a specific 8 hour day. I messaged them multiple times to confirm. They never responded and the aide never showed up. They never returned my message. This was a no call no show. Never again.

On The Job works with my father who is handicap. We have had two caregivers with them and are very happy so far. Caregivers have both been experienced and do a very good jobs. I tried a couple of different agencies on here and was not able to get reliable care but this agency gave me a great price also.

I have had care from this agency for almost 2 years now and they have just been great. They offer me, quality caregivers, at a very decent price. I would recommend to anyone I know.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First when I interviewed with Andrea, the owner, she was almost 2 hours late. I had to message her to see if she was still coming. She informed me she was running late. When she arrived she let me know she was helping cover a shift and that was why she was late. I understand things happen but she was not proactive and didn't let me know she would be late. The interview was great and the next day I decided to move forward. I sent her my paperwork and knew it would be another week before I'd get on the schedule. At the end of the next week I expected to hear about my new caregiver and the schedule. No response from the prior request when paper work was sent in or a follow up email that day. She texted and said she would confirm before Monday. Sunday came and received another message saying I would be placed on the schedule. Monday came and no confirmation. Late Monday she emailed to see if I was willing to change what days we had service. This was not discussed during the interview. I have since sent messages to her and received no response. Just horrible service!
