Amy & Etka are excellent to work with. Their speed with responses is so fantastic. Griswold provides and excellent level of caregiver that we were not getting before we hired them. My dad's caregiver is SO sweet and VERY knowledgeable about ALZ and his needs. She is very punctual and really cares about him. She helps keep his items neat and tidy to avoid confusion for him and will do whatever he needs. She is very reliable and showed up even when it was snowy outside. I have met 2 other caregivers from this company, another resident had, and they were of the same quality...wonderful, patient, kind and caring. I cannot say enough great things about the quality all around of Griswold and recommend them HIGHLY.

From the moment I called until the day after my care, this has been the most smooth running experience, filled with upmost care and staffed with the most considerate and caring people. I won't hesitate to recommend Griswold to anyone and I can't express enough how fortunate I feel meeting Elizabeth and working with Beth. If you're looking for an organized business, caregivers who look after you like their own and put you first- Griswold is your place!

GHC does a good job with my mom. The caregivers have worked well with her. The office staff addresses any questions or concerns quickly and works well to resolve them.

We have enjoyed the caregivers that have been sent. They are so kind and loving towards my sister. They have met our expectations.
The office staff is great and getting back to me quickly answering my questions. They are very communicative with any schedule changes and just checking in to make sure all is well.

We are very happy with the caregivers. They have been flexible with us while we settle on a schedule. They are very kind and compassionate with my dad. The staff is always there to answer my questions and accommodating with any changes or additions to the schedule we might have. They work very hard to make sure that we are happy and satisfied.

The quality of the caregivers has been very high- punctual, caring and very professional. The office staff is quick to get any issues that have come up resolved quickly. I like that I can call and speak to someone no matter the time. The other agency I was with, it was extremely difficult to get them on the phone. It is nice to know that the well being and happiness of the client is number one priority with Griswold.

The caregivers and staff were very kind and compassionate. The caregivers treated my husband like a family member. It was comforting having them with him at the end when his health took a turn and to be with us when he passed away. The office always answered my questions, got caregivers out to replace if someone canceled and was a great help with filing the insurance documents for reimbursement.
