Since Dr. Susan Casmer, DVM sold her practice to Dr. Scott, my precious cat was misdiagnosed and subjected to THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS worth of blood tests needlessly month-after-month, year-after-year. After being told (by a vet tech because DR. SCOTT didn't care enough about us!) that my precious cat had less than three months to live, I took her for a second opinion. This opinion varied so greatly that I sought out a THIRD OPINION from a well-respected vet clinic referred by trusted friends. These vets confirmed my suspicions that my cat not only was not dying, but never had kidney disease for which Dr. Scott had been treating her all along!!! Not only did I spend THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS unnecessarily, but we were put through the emotional stress and anxiety for all those years believing we had an ill cat. And then to be told by a vet tech that she had less than three months to live, when in fact she was PERFECTLY HEALTHLY ALL ALONG, was in our opinion, criminal!!!....

Through changes in ownership it appears their new role is to get as much of your wallet as possible. Watch-out for charges and services you did not request or authorize. A few of these were on my bill today. And, then they, essentially, took my dog hostage demanding more unnecessary and completely irrelevant tests before they would provide any recommendations whatsoever. $300 later I have nothing worthwhile, and will be taking my business elsewhere. Strongly recommend you do the same.
