I am disappointed in the services provided by Nancy's cleaning company. During a deluxe move out cleaning they did not vacuum, clean windows, blinds, window sills, baseboards, or even our downstairs flooring. The company says it's our fault that we performed the walk through and said it looked ok. How were we supposed to know they would invoice for extra services?
This business should not be charging for services that were not performed. While they offered to come back and clean we were not able to because the staff were 2 hours late. $176 for less than 1 hour of work to clean floors and the bathrooms? Absolutely ripoff.
When I tried to talk to the price with the manager she freaked out on my doorstep, insulted me, and kicked my front door. What kind of customer service is this?
