This woman (Carla) is horrible. She came one time to clean and did a good job...however, when we tried to schedule her to come back it was a disaster. She agreed three times to come back but did not show up when she said she would. We kept re-scheduling because I gave her the benefit of the doubt and she came up with reasonable excuses for why she couldn't be there. She finally came but...showed up late and left early. She did half the work and yet cashed my check for the full fee! She broke 2 blinds while here...I had left her alone in our house because I had to take my kids somewhere and she seemed trustworthy...big mistake! I will never use her again and learned a lesson that even though someone is sweet and did a good job the first time...don't trust them until you know them better!
