Your office scheduler representative is very unprofessional and disrespectful. My husband had surgery on Friday on still as of today Wed. the 11th still no P.T. When my husband calls the agency the woman that responds all she gives is negative response. She is a very bitter individual. Your agency is not having any consideration to this situation. Once again confirming the negative position of having to have Home Health.
