Two times aides were suppose to come to my mother. Neither showed up. Administrator just sent a text stating they aren't coming. Left elderly family member with no help. Administrator wanted 4% fee for credit card, $510.00 up front for new service, etc. Crooks. DO NOT USE. Must be fake 5 star ratings on this site.

So far services are good, I dont know if my father will still be at home or go to a facility because he really needs total care. The night shift nurse is doing her best despite what the daytime lady says.

1st Accredited is amazing. Ysabel is a dream and she always answers my calls. My dad who needed a little bit of help around the house loves his caregiver. She even went with us on a cruise this past summer. My husband and I are pushing for my in-laws to join them. Great company!
