The service provided by Maid Zen was impeccable. Very deep cleaning in all the different areas throughout the house. Janelle was able to accomodate our request on a very short notice and was able to schedule the service and provide a great price. The price, scope of work and very detailed instructions were very well received our family. I was one of Janelle's first customers. I've been with her since she was cleaning by herself before the name Maid Zen and the business were envisioned. The past six years have been a great experience with them. They are reliable, flexible, and consistent which is extremely important to me and my family. I want to thank Janelle and Hyde, her office manager, for the excellent work they've done over the past several years. Needless to say, I highly recommend them to anyone that loves consistency and a job well done!

Not reliable. Forgets to leave keys where instructed and locked us out. House had to be recleaned several times.
