Once you go through the front gate everything changes for the better. The building is secure with cameras on every floor and someone at the front desk 24/7 The staff is generally professional. Jerry can be arrogant and rude but listens and complies with requests in a professional manner. The halls are kept very clean. Litter picked up quickly when left. Most residents follow the rules. Some residents (Brenda S) DO NOT follow the rules and complain . I will consider the validity of your complaints when you quit smoking CRACK in the bathroom. PEACE

Very discriminating employees rude petty grievances ensue on s regular basis. Rules are engorced when it is convinient the employee.
