Landmark Senior Living Community at Fall River is an independent and assisted living community, dedicated to providing quality senior housing. Landmark at Fall River boasts a variety of comfortable community rooms, as well as wonderfully prepared meals served restaurant style. Residents have several choices during their meals, and are offered low-fat, low-sodium, and no-added sugar choices as well. The main dining room overlooks a beautifully maintained courtyard, where residents can retreat and enjoy the shade and gazebo. Residents also benefit from the convenience of an on-site salon, chapel, wellness center, activity room and general store. Residents and their family members have peace of mind knowing that assistance is available 24 hours a day to meet both scheduled and unscheduled needs.

The Landmark offers three different apartment styles; spacious one bedrooms, comfortable studios and cozy shared-apartments are available for each resident’s preference and budget. Each of our apartments is furnished with a private bathroom and kitchenette. There are emergency response systems in all of our rooms, and with staff on 24/7, should a resident need assistance any time of the day or night there is someone to immediately respond. We can assist residents with personal care and medication management.

Socialization is one of the greatest benefits of an assisted living community. We have a wide variety of social activities, with 2 scheduled activities everyday. With weekly outings to local restaurants, stores, and attractions, and weekly entertainment and socials, there is always something for our residents to enjoy. Our chapel is here to serve the spiritual needs of our residents, and Catholic mass is said daily at 9:00a.m.

There are several funding options available to assist our residents. These include low-income programs through MassHealth and Senior Whole Health. Veterans and their spouses may be eligible for the Aid and Attendance Benefit through the Veterans Administration.
