I contracted them for a couple of visits. I was sent a young girl who was okay at first, but didn't stay as long as the owner said she would, so a second visit was necessary to finish.
On the second visit, I needed to leave the house briefly a couple of times. When I returned, the girl was doing something that I specifically told her not to do (using the wrong window cleaner on my lead glass cabinet doors). She also spent time loading my dishwasher, which she did wrong, that was annoying because I paid by the hour.

I left my house again and she was gone upon my return about an hour later. I found that she did no more than what had been done when I left. She must have left as soon as I was out the door.

When the owner came to pick up payment, I said that I was dissatisfied. She told me that a younger person would not take as long to complete the job. She did not acknowledge the date and time-stamped photos I took of dust and dirt that was still there. I was not offered any additional service or refund.

Additionally, the girl also stole or threw away my designer washcloth for no apparent reason. She claimed that she used "a rag" to clean my tub. Considering that my washcloth was neatly hung on a rail, I do not see how she could have mistaken it for a rag. Why didn't she use what I left out?

The biggest offensive was when the girl made a racial slur, saying that she did not like working for Mexicans because "They are a very dirty people."
