I would rate a 0. After doing business for over 4 years the quality of cleaning has gone down hill. When addressing the owner she places blame and makes excuses. Own your mistakes, and don't tell me your bring your own vacuum cleaner when your people broke ours. Horrible service and very untrustworthy.

Renata and her crew are very dishonest. After using them for over a year, I discovered they were stealing cleaning supplies from my home. Boxes and boxes of swiffer clothes and dusters were disappearing. They were stealing them from me and using them at homes where Renata was charging them to provide cleaning supplies. Who knows what else they were stealing. I confronted her and she had nothing to say, she didn't even deny it. Use at your own risk!

Poor service! I don't think they even vacuumed. I left payment and ran a few errands. Was gone 45 minutes & when I returned they were gone!! Seriously 45 minutes for a 2500 sf home!

I have been a client of renatas for about 2years now. All the ladies are very pleasant and hard working! Renata is very consistent with sending the same lady everything e which I love because I don't have to worry about having someone new very time. Prices are great! Her company isn't big at all which I think is great because her hours ar very flexible. I def. recommend her service.

Renata's Cleaning Service was fantastic! I've used many MANY cleaning services in the past and none were this afordable and great! Surface cleaning is not their thing, they made sure that they got ever peice of dust and every little smudge off anything I wanted clean! The employee were very friendly, and Renata herself was a very down to earth friendly, great woman! I dont know why you wouldn't want Renata's Cleaning Service, they are the best in TOWN!
