I am not sure how to rate Joynus, since they subcontract other companies to find care-givers. Our experience was horrible! They subcontracted a very unkind woman named Karla, who hired unexperienced women that were poorly treated by her and ended up resigning. All of the ladies hired by Karla complained of abuse and lies. She cannot keep anyone working for her due to the lack of professionalism and unkind behavior. The last lady she sent to care for my elderly mother was 18 years old and had no experience working with Alzheimers patients; thus, she was not able to care for my mother properly. Regardless, she was not a bad person but she quit because she could not tolerate Karla's abuse. So, if you are looking for a reliable care giver, stay away from Joynus who do NOT hire, train or care what kind of care giver is representing their company. Additionally, they DONT speak English. Call and you will have someone at Joynus answer in Korean,
