I've given this business several chances and each time it's the same thing, "apologies, AGAIN...but we've accidentally shipped your dogs ear" EVERYTIME !! REALLY ? WE'RE NEVER GOING BACK !! LADIES REAL NICE BUT SHE SCREAMS AT ALL THE PETS ! THE PLACE STINKS HORRIBLY AND EVEN AFTER TELLING HER TOO BE ESPECIALLY CAREFUL THIS TIME ABOUT GETTING NEAR MY DOGS EAR SHE STILL DID IT !!!
