My mom has been with Jambo since 2016 and we have nothing but good things to say about them. While it was initially a challenge to keep good caregivers, Jambo has always been quick to respond and to make sure my mom is well taken care of.

It would be a negative star if there was an option. The company contact information is out of service. There is no one to make a verbal complaint. My brother has this service and the person does a poor job in feeding, cleaning and other duties assigned. My brother is handicap and cannot do the simple tasks as listed above. The person rarely comes over and states that he/she is not paid enough hours to do as much as needed. If he/she would use the hours already allowed, they would be able to do so. Bad, bad company!!!

My dad had a stroke in 2015, being his main caregiver working Fulltime and being a full time mom really took a toil on me. I reached out to Jambo healthcare after my pastor recommended them to me. All I can say is I have never worked with such a professional team of healthcare workers. Thank you Jambo healthcare for helping my dad transition back after his stroke.

I got an attendant from Jambo to care for my wife after she was involved in a debilitating accident. I was a little apprehensive about working with an agency given all the horror stories. I'm glad I was pleasantly surprised. ...the attendant was pretty reliable and my wife really liked her. Their rates are also pretty reasonable. ...I would confidently recommend Jambo to any of my friends and family. My wife is well on he way to a full recovery btw.

I had Jambo Health care for my grandma for 8 months. They sent Sarah, a great attendant who moved out of state after caring for my grandma for 3 months. Jambo then sent another attendant who was just as great and she cared for grandma up until her late stage alzheimers required that she be put in a hospice. I was generally impressed by their service and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone whose loved one is in need of care.
