Hired them base on a fixed price to do a certain amount of work and they agreed. Cleaned half of our home in twice th amount of time one person takes with no better results. After the service we were presented with a pricing sheet listing additional costs for the services we desired. Ensure you are extremely clear beforehand regarding what work is included in their fee.

Sorry "Nana." But we do charge for cleaning supplies when they are not provided. And yes, cleaning the inside of a fridge costs extra, especially when it's not part of the original quote. No apologies for that as we value our team of employees, their time, and the work they do.
