"They showed up for the appointment right on time, and they were very professional and up front about their services and their prices. I haven't had my house done for quite awhile, and their first time cleaning fee was very fair. They cleaned and scrubbed the kitchen floor, did the dishes and cleaned the sink and the counter tops. They cleaned the microwave oven and also cleaned my gas oven, both the top and the inside, which was filthy. They wiped all the appliances down, and also the windows and blinds. The bathroom was done very well, cleaning the toilet, the tub, the shower walls, mirrors, and floor. Washed the cabinets down. The living room and dining room were vacuumed and dusted, including the china cabinet, and the windows were washed. I had cleaned the 2 bedrooms myself earlier in the week, so they were ok. "I chose this company because of the professional and courteous conversations we had on the phone before they even came to the house to provide the service. I love the owners philosophy on helping people and providing the services to those who really need the help. One of the things I appreciated during our initial interview was that the owner brought along the worker who was going to actually do the work. That put my mind at ease as to who was going to show up. We knew ahead of time and we all got along very well. One thing I really appreciated was the planning and organization that the owner provided. She arrived fully prepared to do the job. She came complete with checklists for us so we knew exactly what she was going to do before they did it and we had the opportunity to give our feedback before they even started. When they finally came to the house to do the work (they were late but called us well in advance to let us know they were delayed) they were very professional and had a 'game plan' as to how they would approach the cleaning and they followed through to the letter.
