The owner of this business is very unprofessional. I contacted him regarding property management and he emailed me confirming a time to assess my building and the needs. I confirmed this appointment shortly after receiving the email, but he did not show up to the appointment. I emailed again to determine if he was going to be any later than he already was for our scheduled appointment, but did not receive a response. Later on that day (5 hours after the scheduled appointment) he called to ask if I confirmed the appointment because he only "just looked at" his phone. He then asked to come out in the next 15 minutes, as he was in Jersey City already. I reluctantly said yes, but then received a call 15 minutes later saying that my building was 10 minutes away from his other properties and "way out of the way". This was extremely frustrating and unbelievably unprofessional. I'm appalled.
