DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGSS

Absolutely had a horrific experience here I would give zero stars if I could. Brought my dog for two nights of boarding when I came to pick him up, he had his entire food bag left of food which means they never fed my dog. He didn't get to eat for 2.5 days. This is completely unacceptable and neglectful as a business and as for a business that takes care of animals, and that is their job, they are not doing their job. I felt so bad for my dog when I picked him up and I had seen the entire bag of food that I brought with me was still in his back. I'm absolutely appalled as to how nobody could have fed my dog for 2 1/2 days. I will absolutely be reporting them.

I chose this place because of the overall excellent reviews, reasonable pricing, proximity to my house, and the ability to pick my dogs up from boarding at a late hour. My two dogs were boarded from a Wednesday evening to a Monday evening, so five nights total. On the night of pick up, one had a large scratch on the top of her nose and the other had her butt and bottom of her tail crusted with dried diarrhea with a rash. Both experienced diarrhea throughout the first night home, which I can understand being the result of stress from boarding. But I was not notified of any issues while they were boarded or during pick up. I contacted them by email and the owner replied that the scratched nose should have been noticed and had antibiotic cream applied, as well as a form being filled out to notify me of the occurrence. She also stated that one of them did have an incident of diarrhea in their private suite earlier in the after on the date I picked them up but that the attendant didn't notice the dog herself was messy. In addition, I chose to pay the $1 extra a day to get update emails which never came. The owner stated they do texts instead, and sent it to an old number of mine, despite me letting the attendant know I had a new number when I dropped them off and him saying he would update it in the computer. I had to take them both into the vet and one received fluids for dehydration, both will be on medication for the next week, and I have the privilege of applying a cream to the ones butt until the rash clears. Needless to say, I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience and too many errors were made. All I've received at this point is an apology from the owner, despite an acknowledgment that her staff did not handle these issues correctly.
