The goal of Home Care Solutions, LLC is to keep seniors out of assisted living and safely at home for as long as possible. Having been a licensed Arizona Assisted Living Manager and Personal Caregiver I have seen what goes on behind the scenes. We may not be able to change the world, but we will do our best to change our little section of it.
When your parents were young, they took care of their children, a household, careers and all the personal finances. Now the tables have turned. They have aged and are not able to do the things they used to. Most have had to give up their car which forces them to stay home. They become lonely and depressed with less communication from the outside world. Many of their friends have passed on.
As our senior population increases, more families are providing care in their homes but learn quickly how demanding that can be. Juggling a career and caring for your parents is more than a full time job.
We are committed to improving and maintaining the quality of your loved ones lives. Our in home care services are designed to promote well-being, self-esteem, and independence. Assisting seniors in their own home will build their quality of life. We are able to provide the extra care you are looking for, right in the safety of the home.

Upon acceptance of our services, we will design a care plan that will be tailored to your senior companion. Our management team will come and meet your loved ones, find out their likes and dislikes before we decide which caregiver is the best fit. Our caregivers are prescreened to provide you with the security and peace of mind you're looking for in an in home care service provider. We run a background, DMV check, drug screening, and referral checks prior to placement.

I am writing this on behalf of Home Care Solutions. They help me out with my mother who has dementia.
Jeannette is the rare individual who is professional, efficient, and caring. She is everything a person could ask for when looking for help with a family member. Jeannette helps my mom with everyday, practical things: shopping, going to appointments and keeping house. She helps to make sure that my mom is eating and taking care of herself.
Jeannette always keeps in touch with me, letting me know what activities she and my mother did on a given day. This is important because it allows me the opportunity to talk with my mom later about her day. She also mentions anything different about my mom that I might need to address. I truly feel we are part of a team, not just separate people in my mom's life.
More important than anything else, is that Jeannette is a warm, caring individual. Like many people, I was so concerned about having a "stranger" come into my mom's home. I didn't want anyone to be mean or impatient with her. An elderly person with dementia is a vulnerable position. My mom is precious, and I want her to be happy and safe. This is where Jeannette excels! She is not just a "caretaker"; she is a loving, kind, patient "family" member. Other people who have contact with my mom and Jeannette together, have repeatedly told me how they enjoy seeing my mom and Jeannette interact with each other. I have complete trust in Jeannette.
I can best sum up all of Jeannette's wonderful qualities by quoting my mom. During a conversation last week, my mom said to me, "You and Jeannette are my best friends." That says it all!
