The care they provided was amazing. I never had to worry and they always kept me informed. They even prepped meals and cleaned which goes above and beyond what I would have expected. Highly recommended!

My grandmother paid for Denise to come and clean my home. She is absolutely unprofessional and has a lack of regard for customer service. One of her women, Britney, was in our home for about an hour and a half then had to leave. She reported she cleaned our kitchen and dining room, which is untrue as you can see by the photos. I am unsure what she did in my home for this amount of time. When I reached out to Denise she stated Britney did clean and there was clearly a "difference of opinion." She assured me everything I sent on the list would be done and when I reached out about the issue she stated "well we aren't a cleaning business" and attempted to changed what she originally stated on the phone. The absence of accountability and couth are just as apparent as the services they fail to provide
