Dr. Jen Gallupo diagnosed my horse as severely lame based on a poor quality video of a green rider working with him, sent to her by a potential buyer of mine. She informed the buyer that my horse was not sound and listed several possible severe diagnoses. Jen never put her hands on my horse, simply looked at a video and ruined a potential sale of a great horse to a wonderful home. I had my horse vetted to address whatever problems he may have, and the vetting came back that he was sound and perfectly fit for the work he would have had at that home. Jen then refused to return my calls and texts. When I explained the situation and sent the vet report to the previous buyer, they had already found another horse. I was then injured and had to significantly decrease the price of my horse to try to find him a good home quickly since I could not ride. No proper vet should ever diagnose from a video, especially with a rider that can make a sound horse look lame.
