After taking Duke for Grooming two days later he has bad ear infections. Caused from water settling after Grooming. Thanks for the $240 vet bill Would like to know what they will do to resolve this and keep us coming back. Been there a few times and this is a first. Maybe new groomer? Maybe to busy to do the work properly? I'm waiting on the owners and managers to call me back. So disappointed.
