During the pandemic I met Gisella on Care.com and am grateful that she and her team have been helping keep our house together for the last three years. She is a trustworthy professional, communicates promptly and takes pride in her work. She and her team always bring smiles to our family when they come to the house.

Gisella and her team have been coming to our house once a week for almost 6 years! Finding the right person for us was a lengthy process. We have had our fair share of cleaning personnel as well as cleaning companies but none have been as detailed oriented as Gisella and her team. When I first contacted Gisella, I found she was easy to talk to and truly listened to our needs and expectations. What I appreciate the most is that it never feels rushed, they take their time and clearly take pride in their work. Gisella and her team are dependable, efficient and trustworthy. I have recommended them on several occasions and I am yet to hear anything negative.

Gisella and her team have been working for me since before covid. She is very professional, on time, and is the best housekeeper I have ever had. I didn't even know you had to dust inside the light fixtures! She trains everyone that works for her and they even have come on weekends and holidays if I am having an event and needed an extra day. They are trustworthy and respectful. We text every week so she knows if something extra needs to be done or if I am having guests. My house sparkles!

I scheduled them for today and never showed without notifying me that they cancelled the appointment when I paid. I hired them through thumbtack and when I left them a poor review they put the blame on me for booking them in the first place. I highly recommend you don't book this service. I plan on commenting everywhere.

Hello Charlie, sorry to hear that you had that experience but there must be a mistake since I never opened an account on Thumbtack before so not sure how you could have hired us or even sent a payment from that site but please double check your info because all my reviews are five stars and never had any issues. we are a very professional business and never cancel last minute unless there is a real emergency and if that's the case we always have a back up so we don't have no shows on our end.

We've worked with Gisella and her girls for about 4 years. She is of high integrity, hardworking and an all around first rate person. She and her team always do a good job for us--things are spotless when they leave. Better yet, she makes it clear she really wants to be helpful to us in any way she can be. Gisella's crew of three women did an amazing job deep cleaning my home. They left no surface untouched, everything was sparkling when they left. Afterwards, I continued to notice that they cleaned every little thing. Sweet, lovely people who worked very hard the entire time they were here. I was referred to Gisella's team by my. cousin, who's house is always spotless, so I know they would be great, and I wasn't disappointed. Five Stars *****

I originally found Gisella on Care.com and am so proud to say she has been my housekeeper for the last three years. She is professional, excellent at what she does, communicative, and caring. She and her team have moved with me from an apartment to a house, and have always made me feel taken care of as my needs and home size grew over the years. She will work with you to cater to your specific preferences and needs, bring her own supplies as well as help keep track of when I need to restock cleaning supplies in my own home, and is so easy to confirm appointments with over text. She is dependable, trustworthy, and joy to work with. I couldn't recommend her more.

Gisella has been cleaning for us at our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for a year now and we are so satisfied with the service provided! She is also flexible for us if we ever need to switch days and of course the cleaning job is awesome. My husband and I look forward to continuing to work with Gisella to keep our house sparkling clean!
