It provides peer companionship which helps to eliminate feelings of loneliness and isolation, while standing relationships and community ties are maintained, new friendships and interests are developed.
The purpose of this program is for those individuals who have a chronic medical condition or disability with limited family resources that would like to remain in a home like setting. This program is an alternative for those individuals who would otherwise need long term care placement.
GENESIS PLACE offers healthcare coordination, advocacy, personal care, medication management, meals, laundry, daily housekeeping, transportation, shopping, errands, 24 hour supervision and camaraderie. The cost is based upon the individuals needs.
There are 3 levels of service ranging from $50 per day to $150 per day. All levels of Service are all inclusive.
GENESIS PLACE is owned and operated by a Registered Nurse. GENESIS PLACE has been in operation since 1999. GENESIS PLACE offers 16 units. GENESIS PLACE is fully staffed with 24/7 caring staff whom delivers quality services.
