Our experience with FirstLight HomeCare was beyond amazing! We needed a caregiver to assist us with an elderly relative staying in our home following quadruple bypass surgery. Marianne Christman worked with us (in the hospital) to make an initial assessment of what we needed AND worked to place the right caregivers in our home to meet our needs. FirstLight provided us with friendly, knowledgeable caregivers that knew just what to do because we did not! They assisted us with companionship, giving medications, meal preparation, showers/hygiene and even laundry. We used FirstLight for approximately 5 weeks. Over this 5 week period, we had consistent care givers who knew us and our relative. These caregivers were always on time, friendly and compassionate. Marianne always came to our house to introduce each new care giver that was in our scheduled rotation. This level of customer service was something I truly appreciate and value. I would highly recommend FirstLight to anyone who needs assistance in their home. This team is top notch! P.S. Our elderly relative has recovered and is now leading a full and active life! I've been with FirstLight HomeCare since March of 2017. I cannot begin to express just how happy i am to be apart of such a wonderful team. Our clients receive the very best in care. Our office staff is always available to tend to all our needs efficiently. I have never worked with or for a more nurturing group. They've gone above & beyond to secure relationships amongst caregiver & client. Assuring the absolute best fit for all parties. Not to mention the bonuses, gift cards, dinners, they've often surprised us with. When the office staff comes out to do our unscheduled visits they always leave a smile behind on the faces of our patients & family members alike. Because they truly care, & that's what means the most. I hope to never part ways with FirstLight HomeCare, u have all been Heaven Sent!!! Thank you so much for all you do with & for us!! I worked for this company for 2 weeks. I have not received . I worked out of the Dublin, Ohio branch . My paycheck from over a month ago! I've contacted them several times about it to be told my check was mailed . After 1 month I still have not received my paycheck!! I would not recommend anyone to work for this company! You'll never get paid !! They are very unprofessional to there caregivers as well. Reporting them to the BBB!!

We were very happy with the care our father received. FirstLight HomeCare did a great job matching up our dad with the perfect caregiver. The caregiver was reliable, caring and very compassionate and kept Dad active in his final months. He loved his job and it showed! He became like a part of our family! If you are looking for great in home care, this is the perfect place to start-look no further!
