We emailed back and forth regarding dates, times (including a holiday), and they quoted a price for care. We arranged for them to visit my mother at her home and plan for the care. Then, they suddenly changed their price to 1.5 times what they quoted (remember, they knew the dates and times in advance!). Then, they claimed that they had to charge 1.5 times the usual for holidays by CA law. I checked, that is a lie. Not reliable, not trustworthy.
