Aging and a traumatic injury is a process that doesn't just happen to the individual--but to the whole family. Some of these changes effect where we will live, rehabilitate and age. Families too often assume that when someone needs more help than friends and family can provide, that it's time to move. After working with many people who came to this conclusion and regretted it, we know that moving is frequently not the best choice. Home Care is often a better option.

Many of our clients are older adults who need some help to remain independent, however many others have a debilitating prognosis such as cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Lou Gehrig's, Parkinson's, or have a lifelong industrial or work related injury and are in need of home care for months or even a lifetime.

Our Services are geared to make our clients as comfortable in their homes as possible.

Family Resource Home Care provides non-medical assistance to help our clients live at home comfortably and independently. We celebrate the fact that every one of our clients is unique. Meeting their needs and keeping things on their schedule is always our goal.

The specific tasks we provide include:

Assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, walking, exercise, and medications
Meal planning and preparation
Errands, shopping, and transportation
Companionship
Respite care
Light housekeeping, including laundry and linens
Care management
Nurse delegation
Skilled nursing

Our caregivers are available for as little as 2 hours once a week - up to providing continuous 24/7 care. We are responsive to your changing needs. If you want to change the services we provide or the schedule? No problem. We also provide peace of mind by making an on-call supervisor available for emergencies 24 hours a day. We serve all of King, Snohomish and Pierce counties.
